Parent Information

Centrelink

Contact Centrelink to obtain your Centrelink Reference Number (CRN).  Your child will have a different one to you. Advise them that your child will be starting care and ask to be linked and assessed for Child Care Subsidy. 

Birth certificate

You will need to provide your child’s original Birth Certificate and Immunisation statement (available from Family Assistance Office / Medicare)

Bond

Payment of a bond (two weeks at full fee for the number of day/s your child/children attend/s) will secure your position for your agreed start date.

Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 6:30am-6:00pm and your child can attend any time during our opening hours.

Fees

Our fee is charged for the whole day regardless of how many hours per day your child attends.

Absences

All absences must be paid for, and families are entitled to 3 make up days per calendar year for absences. We are closed for Public Holidays, therefore, no charges are applied on those days. Makeup days only apply when the centre is notified of your child's absences by 830am the day of.
