Green Wombats 3–4 Years in Wadalba
Support for All Children
Juniors at Wadalba’s 3 to 4 years preschool room has a strong focus on providing an environment rich in learning, enquiry, wonder and social responsibility. Our Green Wombats are enthusiastic, confident, and filled with questions!
Our qualified educators and early childhood teacher provide play-based learning programs supporting children’s knowledge, interests and needs. During this stage, programming includes lots of intentional teaching, small group work and project work. Indoor and outdoor play is available most of the day. We encourage the children to make decisions about their learning.
A Holistic View
In our Green Wombat room, families are asked to provide labelled spare clothes, a water bottle, sun safe hat and any comfort items such as soft toys.
We take a holistic view to school readiness across our service. This continues in the Green Wombat room where children are encouraged to ask questions, work together in small groups, respond to directions, verbally express their needs and the awareness of self-regulation skills.

Join in The Fun
We welcome all families into our preschool community. We would love for you to join in the fun of music, dance, yoga, literacy, numeracy, science, drama, sustainability, social development, and emotional intelligence which occurs on a daily basis in our 3 – 4 years room.
