We aim to provide them with flexible and challenging curriculum that relates to their growing curiosities, their knowledge, and their personalities. All while we are practicing inclusion, creativity, and ownership to connect with their learning environments and their community.

We whole heartedly believe that connection to families and our community helps us become inclusive and respectful advocates within our society.

“It takes a village to raise a child” is something we believe in and we show empathy and willingness to support our families and engage in meaningful relationships, as each child makes their own footprint within our community.

Juniors Families

We recognise that our families are the experts in their children, and by building meaningful and collaborative relationships with them, we create an opportunity to educate and nurture the child, building a solid foundation for education and a connection to educators and peers. By establishing ongoing communication and respectful engagement with the families, the children will always be supported, and remain the priority.


In Our Learning Sets- Engaging, purposeful and Vibrant Learning Experiences

We believe that our environments reflect our education respectfully, allowing the children whole ownership of their work, their questions and where they take their learning to. We encourage children to take their time, create, reflect, inquire, experiment, solve problems and to have fun.

Taking away our adult need to make things look “aesthetic.”

We follow the children’s initiative to take their own learning to new heights and support them in the process. And always respecting their intellectual property, allowing them to bloom.

Our pledge is to:


  • Scaffold the education and development of each child as an individual who can grow a separate identity and qualities, yet still working to contribute constructively within a large group.


  • Encourage ongoing reflection about our practices and procedures to drive continuous improvement and to ensure that each child can maximise their learning potential and opportunities, and as educators we value the opportunities for professional development.



  • Show respect and acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land, Darkinjung Elders past and present on which the education and care takes place.

The children deserve a team of Educators who are driven to achieve, teach and continually reflect and develop on their practises. Our team is considered a family, who value one another, who can challenge each other and pursue success, both individually and as a team. We collaborate Ideas, connect through humour and fun, and create meaningful relationships that role model positive interactions to children.
